MORTGAGE COACH NEST MOBILE APP Privacy Policy

WowTools, Inc. (“Mortgage Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs Mortgage Coach and has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to you, our user, (“you” or “your”) regarding your privacy with respect to information that you submit through our Mortgage Coach NEST mobile application (“App”) and related services through the App (“Services”). To be clear, this Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected through the use of our App and related Services, and does not apply to information collected through our website.


Personal Information” means contact information (i.e., your name, address, email address, and/or telephone number) and any other non-public information that is used or intended to be used to personally identify an individual, including any data, media, messages and content that you make available through the Service. “Anonymous Information” means information that is not used or intended to be used to personally identify an individual. 

    

BY USING OUR SERVICES OR SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PROCESSED BY US IN THE COUNTRY WHERE IT WAS COLLECTED AS WELL AS OTHER COUNTRIES (INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES) WHERE LAWS REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE LESS STRINGENT THAN THE LAWS IN YOUR COUNTRY.


INFORMATION COLLECTED

Personal Information

We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily in the course of using the App, including as part of a request to be matched with Lenders (defined below). When you communicate with us by sending us an email, we will collect and store any information that is contained in your communications with us. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the features of the Services you are able to use.

Information Collected via Technology. 


We may combine any of the foregoing information with your Personal Information, in which case we will consider it to be Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.


Disclosure – Analytics. 

We may also use third party tracking services to help us analyze how users use the App, including Google Analytics.  Google Analytics uses Cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and Services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site, rather than your name or other personally identifying information.  We do not combine the information generated through the use of Google Analytics with your Personal Data. Although Google Analytics plants a persistent Cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Site, the Cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.  Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Information

We use the Anonymous Information we collect to analyze trends, administer the Services, track users’ movements in the App, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs.  For example, some of the Log Files may be collected so that when you use the App again, it will recognize you and the information could then be used to serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests.

Personal Information

If you submit a request to be matched with a loan officer by using an activation code, we will share your Personal Information with the lender attached to the activation code. Be aware that Lenders with whom we share your Personal Information may retain or use your Personal Information whether or not you use their services and you should contact these Lenders directly concerning their privacy and information sharing practices which may differ from ours. In submitting such a request, when you click on any button indicating an acceptance or agreement to terms, a continuance of processing or submission, you are consenting, acknowledging and agreeing to the disclosure of your Personal Information to Lenders with which you are or may be matched.

Feedback 

If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback in accordance with the terms in our End User License Agreement, provided we do not associate such feedback with your Personal Information. We will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, provided that we may contact you in regards to such feedback.


INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES

This Privacy Policy addresses only our use and disclosure of information we collect from and/or about you on the Website and Services. If you disclose information to others, or authorize us to do the same under this Privacy Policy (including to Lenders), the use and disclosure restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy will not apply to any third party or Lender. We do not control the privacy policies of third parties (including Lenders), and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. The Website and App may contain content or links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. When you click on such a link, you will leave our Website and go to another site.  During this process, another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Information from you. The Website may also contain links to other websites controlled by us but which operates under different privacy policies. Please review the privacy policy of any new site you visit.


Regarding Children

The Services are not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Services.  Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us.  We do not collect or maintain Personal Information from people we actually know are under 13 years old, and no part of the Services is designed to attract people under 13 years old.  If we later obtain actual knowledge that a User is under 13 years old, we will take steps to remove that User's Personal Information from our databases.   


Notification of Changes

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time on a going-forward basis.  We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy on this page.  If we make any material changes to it, we will also send you notice thereof to the last email address you have provided to us.  Continued use of our Services following notice of such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.


NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS – YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If we share Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, then you have the right to receive information about the categories of entities to which we have disclosed such information and the names and addresses of those entities. To submit your written request, please send it to us at support@mortgagecoach.com  and put the following words in the subject line of the email: "California Privacy Request." Within 30 days after receipt of your request, we will send you a list of the categories of Personal Information that we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses such third parties, if any. We reserve our right not to respond to requests sent more than once in a calendar year. Please note that the California "Shine the Light" law does not cover all categories of information that may be collected and disclosed or shared, and our policy relates only to information covered by the law.
